做《和平的僕人》

我很喜歡Snatam Kaur 的《Servant of Peace 和平的僕人》，歌詞中有著轉化、愛與慈悲。

做和平的僕人，乍聽之下好像是一個太遙遠的期許，但其實這個和平構築在我們人生的每個當下。當一個衝突來臨，我們能不能在這個衝突時，轉化一個層次並且將這樣神聖的品質帶到當下。

於是當恨存在時，我開始播種愛，並且守護種子，等待萌芽。

於是當我哭泣，我哭泣，但我會知道這個哭泣之後的洗禮將是喜悅，我不怕自己也不怕別人哭泣，陪著那個哭泣，帶著祈禱的品質，等待喜悅的降臨。

於是當我進入黑暗，我與黑暗同在，不怕被黑暗吞沒，因為我知道，我的光將消融黑暗，從裡到外開始透著光。
